Job Description:For over 150 years, our dedication to being the for our clients has been driven by our people – in around 60 countries and across more than 150 nationalities.Their deep understanding, insights, expertise, and passion help our clients navigate an increasingly complex world – be it in our Corporate Bank, our Private Bank, our Investment Bank or our Asset Management division.Together we can make a great impact for our clients home and abroad, securing their lasting success and financial security.As Sanctions and Embargoes analyst and project manager in the Private Bank Italy, you will contribute to implementing and strengthening the international sanctions control framework, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal standards, while supporting key compliance projects aimed at safeguarding the Bank’s integrity and minimizing regulatory, reputational and financial risks.Responsibilities

Contribute to designing and implementing an integrated Sanctions and AML controls framework (processes, internal procedures, IT systems and tools), in line with the Regulatory and Group requirements.
Provide proactive compliance advice to the sales network and in bank projects, identifying and clearly disclosing potential risks early and defining clear mitigating measures.
Support the execution of sanctions and embargoes-related activities such as alert management, complex investigations, report preparation, escalation management.

Skills

Sound knowledge of key applicable compliance regulation (sanctions and AML).
Ability and willingness to translate external regulations and Group requirements into clear and practical actions, engaging constructively with internal stakeholders.
Diagnostic skills for compliance-related issues, with the ability to identify potential compliance risks and drive solutions to prevent them.
Post-graduate degree in Business and/or Engineering.
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Good proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
Strength problem-solving, issue-resolution skills, with the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
Curious, humble, “no task is too small” and proactive mindset.
Ability in using SAS is a plus.
