- Daily support to the sales force (Sales Representatives, Area Managers, Field Account Managers) to update and settle commercial conditions and contracts.
- Manage and update customer discount conditions, settle them into the system, following internal procedures and input guidelines.
- Calculate and issue credit notes related to customer bonuses, price differences, and commercial agreements.
- Prepare commercial agreements and customer bonus letters in alignment with internal policies.
- Monitor the contract Cross-check customer billing data to monitor contract progress and calculate commercial bonuses.
- Support the preparation of seasonal sales campaigns, including sample coordination, line sheets, and sales tools.
- Maintain and update customer master data and sales conditions in internal systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP) is a strong plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
