  • Experience in installing and managing complex infrastructures for medium to large clients
  • In-depth technical knowledge of involved technologies
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to lead troubleshooting and focus on problem-solving
  • Relational skills both internally and with clients
  • Several years of experience in delivery
  • Decision-making skills; Leadership abilities
  • Technical certifications (Red Hat, Hyperscalers, others, ...).
Who You Are
  • OpenShift & Kubernetes: 2+ years of hands-on experience, including installation, configuration, and support. Kubernetes experience is a major plus.
  • Red Hat & IBM AIX: Proven experience with Red Hat OpenShift and IBM AIX systems.
  • DevOps & Automation: GitOps, scripting (Java, C++, Bash, Python, Go, YAML), and automation tools like Ansible.
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Monitoring & Incident Management: Experience with Elastic, Kafka, monitoring tools, and 24/7 critical incident support.
  • Cluster Management: Setup, scaling, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters.
  • Security & Access: Managing user IDs, LDAP integration, certificates, and encryption keys.
  • Certifications (preferred): Red Hat Certified OpenShift Administrator, Kubernetes Certified Administrator.
Additional Skills
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in complex infrastructure environments.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative settings.
  • 3–6 years of experience with Linux and AIX.
