- In this role, you will be submitted ad-hoc requests, which you will then analyse upon receipt.
- You will submit the previously mentioned request to the President for approval, making sure he has all details and information to make an informed choice;
- You will collaborate closely with the R&D team, so to produce projects' artwork and to discuss production related methods and timing;
- You will also be responsible for customer order entry with regards to personalised or custom-made orders;
- You will be entrusted with shipping custom-made garments and items to customers, events or with transferring the items to Asolo in our showroom and/or to events in a timely manner;
- You will also ensure that the showroom is always up-to-date and in order for dealer/distributor visits;
- You will be responsible for the management and timely delivery of all samples for events, conferences and meetings;
- Moreover, you will also be responsible for making travel arrangements, as well as for managing the agenda and organizing appointments on the president's behalf;
- You will be working cross-functionally extensively, as you will also support the Teamwear Team on specific ad-hoc projects;
- Your duties will also include Advertising, as you will collaborate closely with advertisement agencies and internal stakeholders, so to manage any advertisement related publication.
- Bachelor's degree will be a must-have for this role;
- Minimum experience of 10 years with previous executive assistant experience as well as project management expertise;
- High level of discretion and ability to effectively manage confidential information;
- Strong communication skills in all forms - verbal, written, etc;
- Proactive approach and ability to follow through and complete tasks, with a keen attention to detail so to ensure that all deadlines are met;
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Knowledge of AS400 is considered a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language will be a must have. Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus;
- Experience in managing complex projects including multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics;
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
