- Define the technical solution to be proposed to customers and to write the corresponding technical offers in order to generate leads and build pipeline;
- Evaluate products/solutions and possible adaptations to potential customers needs assessing the impacts and liaising with the relevant functions; to support customer’s needs for own processes redesign;
- Define and manage the technical offer for the customer of custom demonstrations, POCs and pilots, liaising and in close co-operation with Operations, in order to meet & exceed the Customer expectations and prove value for the Customer to engage in further sales;
- Perform the relation with the customers together with the Key Account Manager,
- Support Commercial Units in the technical offers as well as new product launch arrangement and to compare competitive products specifying the most advantageous solutions for customers;
- Manage technical qualification to tenders, maximizing the value of the Gridspertise solution, in coordination with Commercial Performance and Tender Office unit;
- Participate to technical committees and associations and promote Gridspertise’s solutions adoption. To support regional sales in target countries with the support of Public Affairs and Commercial Partnership.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles;
- Good background of market available solutions for smart metering;
- Hardware and Software architecture competences on industrial electronic devices;
- Technical standards and regulations applicable;
- Applicable laboratory tests for electronic industrial components;
- Manufacturing processes for industrial devices;
- Main communication protocols for in-field devices (eg. IEC 61850 and/or PLC Protocols etc.);
- Telecommunication networks operation (GSM, GPRS, 3G, 4G, 5G, TCP/IP, etc.);
- DSO Electricity Grid Operations;
- Energy Market Regulations.
- Mandatory: Very high level, preferably native, of Italian, both oral and written;
- High level of English, both oral and written, any other languages is a plus;
- Note: Availability to travel/work for medium or long periods abroad.
