- Collaborate with the Press & Communication department in managing claims received via social media
- Minimum requirement: High school diploma; a university degree is considered a plus
- Previous curricular internship or thesis experience will be considered an asset
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Professional working proficiency in both Italian and English is essential
