How You'll Help Us.Based out of our Italian Headquarter in Cuneo, reporting to the HR Manager, as part of the role, you'll:
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives aligned with business goals, mainly EMEA Career Path and assist in roll out to other divisions.
  • Collaborate and support the country HR dept. in payroll activities, administrative tasks and document storage
  • Assist with Employee Engagement surveys
  • Assist in HR policy development and review, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and legal requirements.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of the HR system (SuccessFactors), clock in/out system (ATOSS) and payroll system (Zucchetti)
  • Support and track smaller projects (English training, EMEA project)
More About You.
  • Available for the internship starting as soon as possible.
  • Bachelor or master's student degree in Humanities, Economics, Psychologist, Legal or any other related field.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.
  • Strong organizational & communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
