- Industrial or wholesale industry experience a plus

- Assist purchasing for follow up inventory needs for customer orders
- Ability to assist Management with internal and external relationships and office team-oriented activities.
- Ability to assist Management with various reporting needs.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information and data transacted thru daily performance of job responsibilities
- Maintain Parts Sales office area filing system of all open and closed parts orders.
- Salesforce or similar data base
- SAP experience
- Microsoft Word – highly proficient and experienced
- Microsoft Excel – proficient and experienced
- Microsoft Outlook – proficient and experienced
- Order entry – total process
- English language
- German language or French
