- Increase Sherwin-Williams brand awareness among main owners, engineers, and architects in the region.
- Identify and prioritize target construction projects, focusing on civil and industrial infrastructure, energy plants (including renewables), food & beverage processing plants, pharma plants, etc.
- Develop winning strategies for early-stage projects, aligning with regional and segment functions.
- Build a strong network with key decision-makers and influencers in customer organizations.
- Provide guidance and creative solutions to clients and sales teams.
- Create standard specification clauses, technical literature, and presentations promoting Sherwin-Williams products.
- Introduce new products and concepts to consultants, engineers, architects, and client bodies.
- Organize and attend technical seminars, exhibitions, and social functions to foster business relationships.
- High school or college-level education.
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, preferably in the Protective Coatings market in Italy
- Proven experience in dealing with owners, architects, engineers, and general contractors on new-built civil/industrial projects.
- Strong networking skills with different stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and MS-Office software.
- Ability to work independently from a Home Office.
- Fluency in Italian (native) and English.
