- Prior experience working at FCO or with ADR (Aeroporti di Roma) is highly desirable.
- Experience managing airline tenant improvement projects or capital programs within airport environments.
- Familiarity with Italian building codes, permitting processes, and airport security protocols.
- Act as the airline's on-site representative for all construction and design activities.
- Lead weekly construction meetings and ensure accurate documentation and follow-up.
- Coordinate with ADR for plan reviews, design approvals, phasing, and logistics.
- Oversee submittals, RFIs, permit logs, and closeout documentation.
- Collaborate with internal PMT leadership on staffing, reporting, and future project pursuits.
- Establish workflows using tools such as Procore, SAP, or equivalent platforms.
- Manage project directories, contact lists, and distribution protocols.
- Coordinate pre-construction and construction meetings with all stakeholders.
- Track project budget, schedule, and procurement milestones.
- Ensure compliance with airline and airport submission/approval processes.
- Schedule and lead design coordination meetings with stakeholders and consultants.
- Track design deliverables, submittals, and action items.
- Support the airline in aligning brand standards with local design and regulatory requirements.
- Review and manage MEP, FS, and architectural packages at each milestone.
- Maintain logs for RFIs, submittals, change orders, and approvals.
- Engage and manage subconsultants and contractors.
- Monitor construction progress, budget forecasts, and change management.
- Coordinate payment applications, invoice reviews, and financial reporting.
- Ensure timely delivery of O&M manuals and project closeout documentation.
- Schedule and lead substantial completion and final walk-throughs.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in airport or transportation infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Italian construction regulations and permitting.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, SAP, MS Project).
- Excellent communication skills in English; Italian language proficiency is a strong plus.
