Take a new challenge and join us!For more information:Descrizione del lavoroWe are looking for a Project Manager with knowledge of thermal system to join our team and support an important customer in the automotive sector.He/she will be able to assume the following activities:

Develop a comprehensive Gantt chart for all thermal system activities across assigned vehicle projects
Update timing plans on a continuous basis, ensuring accurate reflection of progress, risks, open points, and changes from engineering teams and component/system Suppliers
Support RFT to coordinate schedules with Suppliers and crossfunctional teams
Do weekly project reviews, gateways, and updates
Manage timing risks and mitigation plans, escalating delays or changes proactively to RFT and System Owner
Ensure compliance with program milestones
Support process improvements related to planning, timing control, and project tracking.

Qualifiche

Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or equivalent
Proven experience managing Gantt charts or timing plans, preferably in automotive or complex engineering environments
knowledge of vehicle thermal system, supplier timing management and industrialization processes
Good English and Italian knowledge, both written and spoken
Team working and good communication skills
