You will manage the preparation and maintenance of all Health & Safety documentation required by external agencies, firms, and government bodies.
You will be responsible for delivering regular reports on Health & Safety KPIs.
You will support various functions on Health & Safety matters, making sure that corporate procedures and policies are implemented and effectively controlled.
You will provide consultation on the interpretation and application of Health & Safety laws, offering solid technical support where needed.
Furthermore, you will monitor the performance of Ferrero Co-Manufacturers and Co-Packers in Italy through regular audits and inspections.
You will receive Group and Country-level guidelines and will promote the editing and updating of operational local working instructions and procedures applied in working areas (e.g. Lo.To.To, Traffic, Management of Change, Confined Spaces, etc.).
You will deliver teach and coach on Health & Safety topics.
You will contribute to the implementation of H&S LEAN manufacturing practices such as KPIs, Gemba Walks, SOPs, OPLs, RCA, Safety Maps, PPE Matrix, KK, and SMED.
You will help organize and roll out internal communication campaigns and wellbeing initiatives.
You will be responsible for editing and creating new procedures within the framework of the Health and Safety Management System.Who we are looking for:You have successfully completed a degree in Engineering or hold an equivalent qualification.
You bring 5–7 years of experience in Health & Safety, ideally within a manufacturing environment; FMCG experience is a plus.
You have a dynamic and proactive approach, with the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure situations and handle sensitive or confidential matters.
You demonstrate strong interpersonal and project management skills, along with a high standard of professionalism in customer service and work quality.
You possess strong teamwork and communication capabilities.
You be available for frequent travel within Italy.
You have a solid understanding of the Machinery Directive and its application.
You hold ASPP and RSPP certifications.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Forms, and Power BI.
