We are currently looking for a strongly motivated graduate to join our all-star, international and growing Online Business Analysts team based in Milan.The ideal candidate is fluent in both Italian and English, has a strong analytical approach and a good working knoweldge of Excel. He/she will support the team in providing insightful analyses and recommending informed business decisions with the aim of identifying opportunities for growth, and work alongside the Store Management, Marketing, Operations, and/or Logistics teams.What you'll do:Support the BA team in monitoring and analyzing data to optimize sells through and stock levels (if supporting Store Management), ROI (if supporting Marketing), and a number of other KPIs.Support the team in developing budgets, projections, and data analysis to drive seasonal buying and product strategy.Help the team in providing detailed seasonal and ad-hoc reports and analysis on sales, stock levels, and marketing campaigns, providing customer insights to other teams.Work alongside other key teams and the brand partner to improve performance.Participate in ad hoc tasks and reports - no day is the same.What we're looking for:Economics, Management or Business backgrounds; a previous internship experience could be a plus.Outstanding analytical skills and problem solving capabilities, and ability to interpret test results and draw insights.Good working knowledge of Excel.Fluency in Italian and English is required.What we offer:6-months internship (with monthly compensation), as a big start for you in the e-commerce & fashion industry.Benefits: monthly lunch tickets, company laptop, staff discounts on the online store and on TLG brand partners, and additional perks in the form of local discounts and offers.Learning & Development Programs: continuous learning experience within TLG, with learning on the job and ad hoc sessions during the intership.Be part of the young (31 on avg.) and international (30+ nationalities) team and work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
