HoscoCasa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting F&B Service Experts - Chef de rang - Room Service notturno to join a team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals in the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan.Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service mainly in the Room Service, but you may be supporting any of our four outlets.
  • This is full-time position, 5 night a week with 2 days off.
  • The starting date is estimated in September.

  • Take guests' food and beverage orders and record them in the internal system (Infrasys).
  • Make recommendations on menu items, special requests and upsell where appropriate.
  • Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations.
  • Ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period.
  • Order and restock outlet inventory.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
What you'll need:
  • Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
  • A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
  • At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
  • A safety-first approach.
  • Positive outlook and dependability.
  • Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
