What you bring:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, e.g. in Business Administration, Economics, Sales Management, Sales Administration, Natural Sciences or a comparable course of study (international degree is an advantage), graduated in 2022 or 2023
  • Initial work experience through internships is an advantage, ideally in the insurance sector
  • Motivated by innovation and novelty
  • Readiness to be on a steep learning curve and agile comprehension skills
  • Ability to work in a team, as well as willingness to make decisions
  • Very good Italian and English language skills
  • MS Office skills
