- monitoring the projects within the area to validate and/or update the maintenance plan to be shared with the sales department in structuring the Service offer.
- Manages Hand Overs with Sales regarding the service level to be delivered, with AB Impianti and Commissioning for new installations.
- Ensures full compliance with safety conditions in the installations by interfacing with Health & Safety to receive directives and propose improvements.
- Supports the local service area managers in interfacing with central functions (Purchasing, Warehouses, Fleet Management, Tool Management, Inventory Optimization, ICT) to resolve issues
- Maintains relationships with clients in their area through periodic meetings, measures their satisfaction, identifies any needs, and the best business opportunities.
- Manages customer claims regarding performance, availability, and general complaints, adhering to required
- Oversees the Performance Management cycle for Service Area Managers and technicians of each area
- Identifies the need for new resources, manages respective requests, acknowledges and approves temporary or permanent Job Rotations for technicians
- Assists the COO in constructing the Region's budget.
- You have an Engineering Degree
- You have more than 10 years of experience in Service Maintenance or Service Management in industrial sector (preferably in Energy-power generation field)
- You have experience in people management
- You are Italian mother tongue and fluent in English
