- Work with the Product Manager to maintain and prioritize the product backlog, making sure it reflects product goals and user needs.
- Gather and refine requirements, collaborating with technical, business, and UX/UI stakeholders
- Write clear and detailed user stories, including acceptance criteria.
- Support the Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) together with the development team.
- Track progress, identify possible risks or blockers, and help find solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure on-time releases and working demos.
- Follow the full feature lifecycle, from early analysis to post-release feedback.
- Take part in product demos and presentations with internal stakeholders (tech, business, operations).
- Collect and organize feedback from users and stakeholders to support product improvements.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role on digital products (web and/or mobile).
- Experience in managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability to gather and structure requirements, define priorities, and collaborate with UX/UI and development teams.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken, in English (minimum B2 level).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline) is preferred.
- Experience working on multi-platform digital products (Web, iOS, Android).
- Exposure to the finance or wealth management domain.
- Experience in project management or working alongside PMs and delivery managers.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro or basic understanding of API and analytics platforms.
- Background in digital, IT, or business analysis roles that involved working with Agile teams.
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices, customer journey design, or data-driven product decisions can help accelerate onboarding.
- Strong motivation to grow into a Product Manager role is a plus.
