Position: Composite Laminator
Location: Parma, Italy
Industry: Motorsport / Formula 1 / High-End Automotive
Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)
Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rates
Accommodation: Allowance provided

Key Responsibilities

Manufacture high-quality composite components for race and road cars
Prepare and lay up advanced composite materials to strict quality standards
Operate and maintain specialist composite tools and equipment
Work closely with engineering and production teams to meet performance targets
Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and process requirements

Skills & Experience Required

Proven composite laminating experience within F1, motorsport, or high-end automotive environments
Strong knowledge of composite materials and lamination techniques
Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Understanding of industry quality and safety standards
Full and unrestricted right to live and work within the EU
