EMEA Marketing Pricing & Customer Offering Internship | MilanFor our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our EMEA Marketing Pricing & Customer Offering team to support in Pricing Optimization projects across the EMEA region.Does the opportunity sound interesting to you?We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.You'll be in charge of:The EMEA Marketing Pricing & Customer Offering Intern will support the Manager in the following activities:
  • Pricing, discounts & promo strategy: continuous monitoring of average selling price, discount, first margin performance and data analysis to detect issues, areas of improvement and recommending actions; competition monitoring and reacting
  • Pricing execution, control & follow up in store: daily monitoring of KPIs performance; leading and deploying a continuous store systems evolution to always ensure full control on pricing, promo, discount execution in store
  • Reporting: maintain and continuously improve reporting and KPIs monitoring; develop ad hoc analysis for business monitoring, steering and special projects
You are the right person if you:
  • Have a background in Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Management
  • Speak Italian and English fluently
  • Are curious, autonomous, fast learner and able to handle complexity
  • Have a strong entrepreneurial approach: “get things done” attitude and a strategic mindset with great attention to detail
  • Have strong analytical capabilities combined with business acumen
  • Possess a good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PBI, PowerPoint) - SQL knowledge is a plus
