- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Conduct timely and precise forecasting to establish predictable and recurring revenue targets
- Achieve sales objectives within the assigned segment, while efficiently managing costs and gross margin
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with business partners and customers
- Lead negotiations and conclude deals with clients and customers
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Represent DKSH at industry events and trade shows
- Degree/Masters in Chemical Engineering or similar related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of proven technical & sales management experience
- Deep knowledge of industry and trends for the Specialty Chemicals Industry
- Strong negotiations and communication abilities
- Highly motivated and target driven with high time-management skills
- Excellent and fluent writing and speaking skills in both English and Italian
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
