Its turbogas fleet is already capable of burning between 40 and 70 per cent hydrogen, with the aim of reaching 100 per cent by 2030.PositionFor a specific project (s)he is responsible for end-to-end quality related activities, including Quality Program, Quality Control, Suppliers Quality, and Construction Site Quality). (S)He operates through the coordination of a project quality team that is able to cover all the specializations required in the various quality areas.Responsibilities:·Design a Quality Management System (QMS)·Manage a Quality Program (i.e. QMS applicable to a given project) and monitor it in order to assess its adequacy and effectiveness·Implementing the necessary and decisive actions to improve it·Develop Quality Management procedures·Prepare Quality Plans or Quality Assurance Programs for specific projects·Review and approve Suppliers' Quality Plans·Organize and conduct theoretical/practical courses on aspects of Quality Management·Identify and/or propose preventive and corrective actions for the Quality Management System·With the support of Quality Control staff, prepare control and testing procedures·With the support of Quality staff, verify the consistency of the technical documents related to procurement, fabrication and installation with the requirements of the Quality Management System·Execute suppliers evaluation and qualification·Perform internal and external auditsRequirements·Degree in engineering (preferably) or technical secondary diploma or science and three years of experience in inspection and testing activities·Preferably, two years of experience in the design, construction, installation, operation, and maintenance of industrial plants·Methodologies for the organization, management and control of processes·Methods for measurement, analysis and improvement (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, FMEA, Scorecard, etc.)·Systems of standardization, certification and accreditation related to products, quality systems, and personnel·Monitoring KPI and reporting·Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard or equivalent, Lead Auditor is a plus·Knowledge of Product Directives for CE Marking is a plus·Non Conformities Management·Knowledge / experiences in: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools·Demonstrating: perseverance, motivation, autonomy, structured and methodological·Past experiences in oil&gas context projects is a plus·Good knowledge of EnglishOther informationThis announcement is addressed to candidates of both genders in accordance with the law (L.903/77)Video
