HoscoPOSITION SUMMARYWe're seeking a Bar Supervisor for our main outlet, who will be responsible of managing staff, training, and inventory. As a Bar Supervisor she/he will ensure high standards and hygiene, motivate the team, and ensure excellent customer service.MAIN DUTIES:
  • Ensuring the bar and staff operate efficiently
  • Ensuring the compliance to the Brand Standard Guidelines
  • Upholding high hygiene standards
  • Reconciling banking
  • Staff Training
  • Manage the workflow
  • Maintain inventory and stock
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • License or Certification: HACCP
  • One year of bar supervisory or leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Motivational and a passion for developing others
  • Computer and POS proficiency
  • Ability to maintain high standards when working under pressure
  • Fluent in both Italian and English
