With warm hearts, we create the coolest products.JOB PURPOSE:The core purpose of the Payroll Coordinator is to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. This involves managing payroll and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Payroll coordinator is also the bridge among the payroll provider, the finance and human resources departments, handling the complexities of employee compensation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Payroll Processing and Governance
  • Payments
  • Reporting
  • Salary split and letter production
  • Issue resolution
  • Compliance to tax and social security regulatory
  • Support for annual declarations (CU, 770, 730, INAIL, …)
  • Leading payroll projects
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master Degreed in Economics, Law
  • Minimum experience: 8-10 years
  • Analytical and Problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations
  • Very good knowledge of English
