- Build and maintain strong relationships between Sales teams and Line of Business, encouraging collaboration and mutual growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, managing and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and consultants across EMEA and worldwide.
- Attend customer meetings alongside Sales managers as a technical expert, providing valuable insights and expertise.
- Create engaging product and application presentations for customers and consultants, showcasing the value of our offerings.
- Regularly visit consultants, building meaningful relationships and collaborating to develop effective solutions.
- Deliver technical training for sales teams and customers, empowering them with valuable knowledge and skills.
- Organize and host events and webcasts to showcase Vertiv products and technologies, engaging diverse audiences and inspiring interest in our solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Sales teams to provide feedback on current products and contribute ideas for new product development.
- Monitor the market for emerging trends and competitor activities, ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry innovation.
- Continuously develop your knowledge and expertise in IT SYSTEMS solutions, contributing to your professional growth and our collective success.
- Educational Background: We seek candidates holding a bachelor's degree in engineering, with a focus on electrical, electronics, telecommunication, or computer systems. Your academic achievements will provide a strong foundation for success in this role.
- Professional Experience: Ideal applicants will bring extensive hands-on experience with IT SYSTEMS products and installation, particularly within Datacenter environments or similar settings. A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience is required, positioning you as a valuable asset to our team.
- Desirable Additional Expertise: Experience in Thermal and Power systems, especially within Data Center or equivalent environments, is highly valued and will further set you apart as a candidate.
