- Drive the preparation of technical and commercial offers for revamping, retrofit, and modernization projects across medium voltage systems, protection systems, and SCADA.
- Coordinate internal resources and ensure alignment with technical scope, deadlines, and customer expectations.
- Manage workload distribution and ensure continuous improvement in team performance and efficiency.
- Standardization of proven concept and solutions to replicate them as function packages.
- Act as a key interface with internal and external stakeholders, including close and ongoing collaboration with headquarter counterparts.
- Support the Sales team in negotiations and contribute to the commercial strategy to maximize win rates.
- Proven experience in leading small but high-potential teams, with strong coaching skills and the ability to develop people, structure processes, and guide the team through a phase of growth and increasing complexity
- Experience in customer service offering of MV Portofolio or Protection and automation Systems and Solutions.
- Knowledge of the medium/high voltage distribution and power generation market, understanding of electrical systems, distribution networks, electrical schemes, and tender specifications.
- Direct experience in Customer Service, with a strong track record in technical sales support for revamping and retrofit solutions.
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical / Energy Engineering
- Passion for continuous learning and growth.
- Respect for diversity and a collaborative mindset, with willingness to co-create and share knowledge.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
