- Define and prioritize the product roadmap in partnership with stakeholders (engineering, design, marketing, operations)
- Break down high-level goals into user stories and detailed requirements
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and drive continuous improvement
- Track progress using Linear and communicate status to leadership
- Collaborate closely with engineers to balance technical constraints and business needs
- Analyze market trends, user feedback, and performance metrics to inform product decisions
- Write clear, concise documentation (specs, release notes, process guides) in English
- Agile Project Management: Proven experience managing products in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on with Linear, Jira, or equivalent issue-tracking and roadmapping tools
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills; comfortable presenting to global stakeholders
- Technical Savvy: Solid understanding of web architectures, APIs, and common tech stacks
- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
- Familiarity with Next.js or PHP codebases (even at a high level)
- Experience working with AWS (e.g., EC2, Lambda, RDS) or other cloud platforms
- Previous background in marketplaces or e-commerce products
- Passion for cycling and outdoor sports
