- Minimum 3 years Sales/Customer Account Management experience in the new energy and power system industry
- Minimum 3 years of project type, especially international bidding project sales experience. Grid-side energy storage sales experience will be preferred
- Good technical discussions, commercial contract negotiation skills
- Good understanding about Energy Storage will be preferred
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Good command of English is essential, both written and verbal
- Proactive approach and result-oriented
- Ability to deliver a high quality of customer service
- Good team player and resourceful
- Able to travel on a frequent basis, some international travel may be required occasionally
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including MS Office
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to significantly boost market share in the assigned territory and meet sales target.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with energy storage battery distribution channels and strategic accounts.
- Provide multi-support and training/consulting to battery distributors, retailers, installers etc.
- Represent BYD at local industry events and forums.
- Stay informed about and leverage local market trends and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and presentations, reporting regularly to upper management involving above issues
