- Develop and maintain TPE market intelligence for the Footwear market
- Map, build, and develop relationships with customers and industry players
- Understand & proactively analyze customer’s TPE products and service needs
- Identify and prioritize opportunities
- Manage new customer and transfer to the sales team after scaleup
- Monitor, track and report monthly progress of agreed indicators vs. plan
- Own the business case for new opportunities and work closely with the technical team on stage gate projects
- For the nonstandard application and/or products, support the ADEs and Account managers as needed at their account.
- Defines Business & Marketing plan for Footwear
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical field, MBA preferred
- More than 7 years of experience in technical sales or business development roles
- Experience in business development projects, preferably in a leadership level role.
- Previous market / business management experience in Footwear
- TPE experience a plus
- Fluent in English and Italian, verbal and written
