The Business Development Manager will collaborate with the TPE team to identify and drive new opportunities for growth.Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain TPE market intelligence for the Footwear market
  • Map, build, and develop relationships with customers and industry players
  • Understand & proactively analyze customer’s TPE products and service needs
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities
  • Manage new customer and transfer to the sales team after scaleup
  • Monitor, track and report monthly progress of agreed indicators vs. plan
  • Own the business case for new opportunities and work closely with the technical team on stage gate projects
  • For the nonstandard application and/or products, support the ADEs and Account managers as needed at their account.
  • Defines Business & Marketing plan for Footwear
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical field, MBA preferred
  • More than 7 years of experience in technical sales or business development roles
  • Experience in business development projects, preferably in a leadership level role.
  • Previous market / business management experience in Footwear
  • TPE experience a plus
  • Fluent in English and Italian, verbal and written
