You will contributing to the Continuous Improvement of Gas Turbines portfolio, whilst fostering Company policies and procedures to sustain world-class Quality standards.As Service Engineer - Gas Turbines Product you will be responsible forProviding technical assistance for the resolution of Customers Claims.Contributing to execution of Root Cause Analyses, cooperating with laboratories (metallurgical analysis, oil analysis), design departments and data scientists.Analysing fleet data and recurrent failure modes to early identify potential issues’ leading indicators and propose relevant technical improvements.Cooperating with Remote Monitoring Centers to fully leverage data and analytics to support the fleet.Working in close cooperation with Service Technology and Contractual Service teams to manage customers’ technical issues minimizing impact on customer’s production whilst preserving engines integrity.Communicating effectively to both internal and external customersDeveloping new products and services for our customers.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a deep knowledge of Gas Turbines design, maintenance and operation principles.Be self-starter and prone to get out of the comfort zoneBe fluent oral and written communication in English and ItalianWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
