- Acting as Oracle Commercial Business Process Owner
- Operationalizing new processes and SOP, coordinate communication and training within own Oracle/segments
- Being the ultimate owner and approver for Oracle process and/or system changes, in coordination with all relevant business/DT counterparts
- Looking for opportunities to develop and share best in class processes between regions and business units
- Working cross functionally within the BPO structure to ensure we are delivering process that meet our true business needs
- Developing business KPI’s and reports within the process that you own
- Working with data analytics team to develop data governance reports to identify data gaps that are affecting our ability to execute
- Supporting Data Governance strategy through ongoing learnings with the regional teams
- Engaging regional business teams to deliver their data governance priorities and data clean up
- Training & assisting users on processes, transactions, etc.
- Facilitating the User acceptance testing and provide signoff’s
- Changing Agent to drive system and process adoption
- Working with cross functional projects within IET BPO scope
- Have Degree from an accredited university or college
- Have good experience of sales, commercial, or operations experience with progressively increasing scope and responsibility
- Have robust knowledge and understanding of enterprise processes and systems (e.g. ERPs, CRMs, MRPs etc..) spanning across key operational functions such as Finance, Projects Commercial and Supply Chain
- Be highly analytical & curious with previous experience in Sales, Commercial or Finance
- Have customer-centric mindset; proven ability to challenge status quo and influence cross-functional and global counterparts to do what’s right for the customer and bottom line
- Have experience successfully leading cross-functional projects and process improvement; able to quickly grasp new ideas.
- Be able to clearly identify and link relevant data to performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
- Have excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing
- Have confidence / assertiveness: strong influencing skills across business functions; to approach business leaders with difficult messages, defend position & drive change
- Have experience working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows.
