In 2019, OPPO earned a spot on the “Top 50 Chinese Global Brands” ranking by BrandZTM, the leading global authority on brand power.About the job:We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager.The Key Account Manager is responsible for the commercial relationship with assigned customers.Developing trust relationships with assigned customers and acquiring a complete understanding of key customer needs and requirements,Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account.Key Responsibilities:
  • Listing and Product Portfolio;
  • SI planning and management;
  • ST Management and Tier1 management;
  • SO analysis, DOS management and action plans;
  • Promo Plans definition;
  • Short Term and Long Term forecast accuracy;
  • KA P&L (based on available tools);
  • JM plans agreements and implementation.
Requirements:
  • Graduated in Economics/Engineering/Business Administration;
  • 5-7 years of experience in the Retail/Distribution in Telco/Consumer Electronic sector;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation;
  • Strong motivation, open minded and favorable to working in a multicultural environment;
  • Business administration skills;
  • Fluent in Italian and English;
  • Holding driving license;
  • Advanced Excel skills.
