- Meet or exceed sales targets for the region.
- Conducting sales calls and meeting with key decision makers to introduce/upsell our entire portfolio of products.
- Building rapport with existing clients and new.
- Ensure fast implementation and execution of strategies, projects and methods.
- Be responsible for the provision of excellence in customer relationship management, customer service and support.
- Be the effective representative for and positive promotion of the Hologic brand.
- Establish and maintain a high level of Key Opinion Leader relationships.
- Drive sales success by establishing sales territories, setting quotas, and Goals & Objectives.
- Travelling across the region working within a team of experienced, driven sales professionals.
- A background in selling diagnostics products (preferably molecular) and understand the sales cycle in both capital and consumable equipment in laboratories.
- Tender systems knowledge.
- Proven track record of achieving above and beyond sales targets consistently.
- Able to excel within a results-oriented environment where revenue growth and profitability are emphasized.
- Proven experience with and understanding of the local healthcare system.
- Capable of driving change management initiatives and introducing new strategies and tactics through effective and collegial means.
- Demonstrated success with maintaining existing customer contracts and establishing new business opportunities that measurably increase market share and growth.
