- Manage and develop a portfolio of GDO clients (retail chains, supermarkets) and Wholesalers.
- Conduct regular customer visits to maintain strong relationships and identify business opportunities
- Negotiate volumes, pricing, and promotional activities in line with company strategy
- Ensure proper execution of commercial agreements
- Monitor market trends and pricing dynamics within the fresh fruit category
- Collect and report insights on consumer behavior and product performance
- Provide feedback to internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to support decision-making
- Contribute to weekly and monthly sales planning
- Track sales performance against targets and take corrective actions when needed
- Support the implementation of promotions and in-store activities
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, including performance analysis and forecasts
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, agreements, and sales data
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and commercial policies
- High school diploma
- Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fruits and vegetables, preferably in structured companies
