- Full responsibility for all business operations and results (P&L, balance sheet, etc.).
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the sales and commercial operations.
- Prepare the annual budget and forecasts, and monitor performance against targets.
- Analyze and optimize business processes and strategies, ensuring alignment with HQ.
- Oversee and enhance direct marketing and advertising plans.
- Ensure client information management and maintain an up-to-date customer database; continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Guarantee company compliance with all local laws and regulatory requirements.
- Able to motivate and lead a team with strong leadership, vision and focus.
- Strong commercial ability to negotiate contracts and improve business flow.
- Proven track record of developing a direct marketing and sales strategies.
- Background knowledge of equipment installation, maintenance and service.
- Experience in management and leading personnel.
- Experience in B2C markets is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English (knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus).
