Orienta SpA - Società Benefit, filiale di Firenze, ricerca e seleziona per azienda di assistenza tecnica in ambito IT,SISTEMISTA MICROSOFT JUNIOR.La risorsa sarà inserite all'interno del team e offrirà supporto tecnico hardware/software attraverso sistemi di controllo remoto e, ove necessario, presso la sede del cliente.Requisiti richiesti:
  • Ambienti operativi Server Microsoft (Server, SQL; Exchange; IIS)
  • Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 2 anni;
  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange; Teams; SharePoint; OneDrive; etc.);
  • Basi di Networking (Firewall e Switch);
  • Capacità di installazione dei sistemi operativi Microsoft;
  • Esecuzione backup e ripristino dati utente;
  • Mappatura delle risorse di rete;
  • Esecuzione troubleshooting delle problematiche di base che possono presentarsi su cliente;
  • Capacità relazionali, curiosità, team working e attitudine all'analisi e al problem solving;
  • Motivazione e passione.
