LEARNING INTERN - CURRICULAR INTERNSHIP

• Bachelor's degree in humanities/economics - Master in HR will be considered a plus
• Previous internship experience in HR/retail would be appreciated
• Fluent English and Italian
• Passion for HR and strong interest in Retail
• Enthusiastic, diplomatic, active listener, hard-working, flexible
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work with deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks, without losing the eye for details
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Power point, excel, word) and familiarity with e-learning tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, with strong team spirit as well
• Problem solving and “can-do” attitude
• Proactive and innovative mindset (you will have space to take initiatives!)
