Riepilogo posizione:We are looking for a talented and motivated professional to join the Talent Management function for the Motion Technologies HQ in Barge (CN) as an high valued intern. You will experience a high-performing, innovative and inclusive working culture, being part of the Learning and Development (L&D) team whose mission is to support ITTers to grow by learning. You will also work with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team whose mission is to search the best talents to join ITT. Responsabilità essenziali:
  • Support critical business needs through staff-focused onboarding, reskilling, upskilling and DE&I initiatives, taking part to all major initiatives, being exposed to the management and to external suppliers.
  • Engage in person and on-line with ITTers everywhere in the world and from every function to increase learner access, use and impact of L&D initiatives on the business results; analysis of data, using AI advanced software as Copilot or PowerBI and presentations will be part of your development.
  • Improve the employer branding experience with innovative solutions by using social media channels and creative presentations.
  • Design, develop and deliver tailored and impactful learning programs for our global ITTers. You will use cutting-edge e-learning tools as Storyline and Easygenerator to impact all ITTers.
  • Actively support the Talent Acquisition team to organize and deliver Career Days at the best career fairs and with the top Italian Universities.
Requisiti di posizione:
  • Enrolled student currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in social media management, education or similar studies.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Interest for human resources subjects, innovative learning projects and social media topics.
  • Creative, open minded, curious, critical thinker, with adaptability, resilience and integrity values.
  • Team worker and communicator with an accountable mindset on projects and tasks.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Power Point and Excel. Knowledge of Forms, Teams, Copilot and Canva is a plus.
