From large-scale ceremonies to immersive shows, from brand experiences to destination projects, we bring visionary ideas to life through creativity, precision and flawless execution.From our headquarters in Milan, we collaborate with a multicultural team of professionals across disciplines, shaping projects that generate emotion and long-lasting impact.The RoleWe are looking for a Project Cost Control Assistant to join our Commercial Department in Milan.In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and the Commercial Manager to set up and manage the production's budget, from the beginning (planning) to end (final accounting and client audit - when applicable).You will supervise the project's PAX hirings, the Purchase Order process and the Logistics Department, making sure all costs are correctly being accounted for in the budget.This is a key operational role that combines financial precision, organizational excellence and cross-department coordination.Key Responsibilities
  • Support Project Managers in following the planning of Organigram Chart and Production Schedule and reflecting all changes in the project are being reflected in the budget properly.
  • Update budgets and cash-flows with actual costs and monitor “left to spend.”
  • Supervise team economic proposals preparation and negotiations as well as final accounting of costs.
  • Work closely with Procurement for supplier economic proposals, making sure conditions are sustainable from a budget and cash-flow perspective and that final costs correctly allocated in both project controls.
  • Work efficiently within the Administrative Department for the PO processing, contracts, payments and general administration flow.
  • Work efficiently with the Logistic Department for all the logistics team related matters (Flights, accommodation, visa, etc).
