- Execute base business activities respecting the procedures
- Guarantee steps execution in pipeline according to the planning date
- Ensure respect, quality and compliance of the activities of whom they will be responsible
- Manage the Data Readiness procedures according to quality and operative flows
- Collaborate with the stakeholders in terms of increasing productivity/readiness of the base business in master data department
- Escalate issue according performance management (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Manage quality issues relative the Data Readiness activities
- Master’s degree in engineering, Farmacy, CTF, Chemistry or Economy is preferred
- Good knowledge of material master / check list manager/sap.
- Good knowledge of quality, compliance and GMP related to manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
- Good knowledge of planning process (Master production schedule, Details schedule, Budget calculation) is preferred
- Ability to work in a cross functional team to ensure the correct execution of the activities according to the agreed timing and quality.
- Skills of ownership and accountability.
- Skilled in problem-solving and decision making.
- Experience in similar role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of English language (B2 level and above).
