- Analyze and define current product positioning in the assigned geography - mainly in Italy.
- Own and update product information and their applications across HAS (Huber AgroSolutions) Organization and thus drive product/SKU management throughout the product life cycle across entire platform.
- Manage Product Management functionality in current system/CRM tool, setting up SKUs for sampling, sample request approval, setting up price lists, price request approval, etc.
- Lead product management and lifecycle analysis and execute product launch activities in the final phase in each designated geography.
- Define regional pricing guidelines in terms of positioning price and minimum price by product line and share with Regional Sales Manager pricing information such as product margins related to target price position.
- Discuss together with Global Marketing Director the commercial proposal from Regional Sales Manager for off-list prices (below minimum price) for customer contracts.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager, in drafting the sales budget by product line and in the forecast of the margin in the assigned geographical areas.
- Customer service support with direct response to sales, reseller and end customers inherent in product usage and resolving technical plant/product issues (deficiencies, care, pathogens, product usage, etc.)
- Development and execution of integrated marketing communications strategies aligned with branding.
- Execute marketing communication across various channels, including print, website, social media, search engines, and email marketing
- Produce content for fact sheets, brochures, articles, newsletters, and other internal or external communications.
- Run social media campaigns to build brand awareness and support marketing activities.
- Plan, budget, and monitor advertising expenditure.
- Manage and execute public relations activities, including media relations, crisis communications, and event support.
- Execute the oversight of MarComm planning and executional support for trade shows and events.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, agriculture, horticulture, business, agronomy, biology, crop science, or similar discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management / marketing communications, preferably with an international organization
- Proven excellence in project management paired with multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Strong communication capabilities - excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to work within a cross-functional team and culturally diverse, global organization
- High level of proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to travel 15% of the time
