  • Assists the restaurant manager and fills in for them when they are away
  • Is responsible for welcoming guests and showing them to their seats
  • Assists guests with choosing food or beverages
  • Ensures compliance with HACCP policies in the bar area
  • Optimizes sales in the restaurant area by means of upselling
Your profile:
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a comparable position
  • Completed vocational training in the hospitality / restaurant field
  • Knowledge of German is mandatory and English is required; additional languages are desirable
  • Experience managing and motivating employees
  • Excellent knowledge of wines
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • A passion for making guests feel special; perfect service
  • Outstanding communication skills and a compelling and engaging demeanor
  • A can-do attitude and a hands-on mentality; highly engaged
  • Team player
