You'll design, develop, and implement solutions to optimize end-to-end logistic flows, ensuring alignment with QCDE (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Environment, and Health & Safety) targets while driving regional priorities. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Operations, material planning, warehouse, Procurement, manufacturing, and ERP teams), implement packaging solutions to protect parts during logistic operations, and contribute to reducing costs and improving efficiency across the value chain-and much more."We'll look to you for:Implementing and managing standard packaging solutions, including purchase, design, prototyping, validation, and budget monitoring.,Applying solutions to protect parts during all logistics operations, such as transport, unloading, storage, and line feeding.,Identifying cost-saving opportunities by calculating Return on Investment (ROI), designing standard packaging, reducing transport costs, and creating business cases for investments like returnable packaging.,Collaborating with Regional Logistic Engineering to identify potential improvements across the value chain and capturing added value.,Reducing labor time in warehouses and production areas by optimizing processes such as picking and kitting.,Improving workstation ergonomics and reducing waste packaging in collaboration with technical services.,Managing project-specific supply chain specifications and negotiating with suppliers at both site and project levels.,Designing and maintaining internal logistics processes while ensuring ERP parameters, such as stock strategies and activity-based costing classifications, are accurate.,Contributing to the implementation of Environment Health Safety (EHS) requirements for logistics, including packaging solutions, warehouse process optimization, and waste reduction and management."All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
