Edge - Eurosearch Consultants Division, on behalf of a growing international company leader in Asia in the manufacture of pumps, is searching for a:SALES MANAGER EUROPEAN MARKETSThe role reports directly to the Owner/CEO, defining and overseeing the European Sales strategy and coordinating its implementation with the HQ.Responsibilities-Provide technical support to European customers, help customers select the correct products for their application;-Help customers coordinate with the Chinese factory regarding POs, delivery times, after-sales service and manage any problems that could arise in the relationship with customers;-Constantly visit customers all over Europe;-Develop relationships with new customers based on yearly target or a business development plan;-Keep headquarters constantly informed of the progress of activities providing adequate reporting.The candidate also serves as interim Country Manager and, in this capacity, has the following responsibilities:-Support the search for a warehouse site in Italy that meets logistical requirements;-Manage inventory requirements in relation to business development plans;-Manage warehouse activities by defining the organization, procedures, and systems.Requirements- Experience in the hydraulic or pump sector is mandatory (screw pump and/or gear pump for Oil/Gas, Power Generation, Toll machinery or Industrial sectors);- Fluent spoken and written English;- At least five to seven years of experience in international business development, key account management and sales strategy across European markets in the mechanical business sector;- University Degree in international business/technical/engineering is preferable;- Hands-on experience, dynamic and pragmatic approach;- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities;- Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills;- Focus on results and strong negotiation skills.Work location:The Company does not have any site in Italy yet; the candidate will target the market by traveling across European countries.
