
International Sales Manager (f/m/d)

- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow international revenue
- Support and coach regional sales teams
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Lead the offer phase and coordinate all involved stakeholders
- Represent the brand at international trade fairs and industry events
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Take ownership of forecasts and budget planning at brand and segment level
- Use CRM and project tools to manage sales initiatives
- University degree in a technical or business-related field
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial sales, ideally in plastic piping systems
- Strong technical understanding and commercial mindset
- Proven experience in market analysis and business development
- Good organizational and communication skills
- High level of self-responsibility and team orientation
- Willingness to travel across the region
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in a second language (French, Spanish, or German) is a plus
