- Interpreting and applying regulatory requirements;
- Preparing regulatory filings and registrations;
- Staying informed on regulatory changes;
- Ensuring compliance of labeling and marketing materials;
- Supporting quality management systems and risk mitigation;
- Acting as a liaison with regulatory agencies;
- Maintaining comprehensive regulatory documentation.
- Degree in a relevant scientific or technical field (e.g., law, medicine, pharmacy, engineering) along with at least 1 year of professional experience in the field of regulation or quality management systems related to medical devices.
- OR 4+ years of professional experience in the field of regulation or quality management systems related to medical devices, within the eyewear industry or a related field
- Strong knowledge of applicable regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Experience with regulatory submissions and agency interaction.
