We are looking for a young Project & Process Manager for our Healthcare division who will be responsible for the planning, management and implementation of cross-departmental and, if necessary, cross-national agile Supply Chain projects and processes. This role is important to support our international customers from the Pharmaceutical and MedTech sector at our location in Calcinate (BG). The position offers the opportunity to have strong contact with international customers and colleagues.YOUR TASKAfter a structured training phase, you will already take responsibility for your own projectsThe varied spectrum of your projects ranges from optimization projects and the implementation of new customers to the expansion of our service offering for existing customersBased on a framework you plan for the project and with your deadline-focused execution, you lead it to a successful go-liveTogether with our customers and internal departments, you negotiate requirements, develop processes and create functional specifications as well as concepts for the solution to be implementedAnother aspect of your job is the implementation and development of agile working methods in the teamYou will be the point of contact for various central functions and strategic initiatives with the aim to standardize our logistics processes across countries and sitesYou will also be involved in the management and coordination of tests during the various projects and implementations phasesYOUR PROFILEMother-tongue knowledge of Italian LanguageBusiness fluent in English and a precise and situationally appropriate way of expressing yourself, in particular with customers and colleaguesDegree in economics or business administration with a focus on logistics, supply chain management or service managementAt least 2 years of professional experience in project management or contract logisticsVery good MS Office skillsWillingness to travel on a project-related, Europe-wide basis (approx. 10% of working hours + possible initial training month in Germany)Hands-on mentalityAbility to work in a teamA high degree of independence and diligenceSAP knowledge and project management certificates (IPMA, PRINCE2, agile training)WE OFFERPermanent contractStructured familiarization with a modern, innovative and growing Healthcare industryResponsible tasks from day 1 with plenty of scope for your own ideasOpportunity to have development potential with individual qualification offers and further training measuresAn inspiring working atmosphere in a collegial environmentThe possibility to also work from home (20-30%)
