  • Power BI Dashboard Management: Build and maintain data-driven interactive dashboards to track store performance, field productivity, and sell-out trends.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, translating business questions into analytical solutions with clear visual storytelling.
  • KPI Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor key metrics based on Company’s business needs.
  • Develop weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports to support retail leadership in decision-making processes. Identify performance trends and provide proactive recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Retail Data Integrity & External Communication: Oversee data entry quality and updates with third-party vendors to ensure accuracy across all retail data.
  • Internal Retail System Launch & Local Support: Collaborate cross-functionally with partners and Internal Teams (GTM, Sales) to support the local implementation of a new internal Retail Management System (RMS).
  • Retail Project Efficiency & ROI Analysis: Track and assess the impact of offline retail activities, provide ROI analysis and cost-benefit insights to guide future investment decisions. Build post-campaign evaluation reports to share lessons learned with cross-functional teams.
  • Retail Team Engagement & Field Force Alignment: Participate in retail meetings and support field teams with insights, data-trainings, and ad hoc reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Economy, Marketing or related fields.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, Chinese may be considered as a plus.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package (in particular Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Power BI is mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of analytical experience in trade and retail marketing, preferably within a fast-paced, consumer-focused industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI and SO performance optimization.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly collaborative style and willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented, creative mindset.
  • Able to deal with tight deadlines.
  • Passionate about the mobile industry and technology market.
