We are looking for a Client Advisor who contributes actively to maximize the performance of the boutique through achievement of sales and strategic objectives, assuring a great customer experience and optimum profitability.How will you make an impact? You will:Strive to achieve boutique and personal sales targets with active participation in the daily sales processGreet, serve and advise clients, giving the best service possible at all times while introducing additional and alternative sales, giving advice and guidance on product selection to customersBe an ambassador of Montblanc, representing the Maison at all timesCommunicate your passion for the Maison to each client, confidently guiding them through the inspirations behind each productStudy the storytelling of each collection, where the inspiration comes from and how the Maison has reintepreted it in our creationsBe responsible for processing cash and card payments, balancing cash registers with receiptsManage the delivery of large amounts of stock, inlcuding checking for accuracy of stock list, quality checking the pieces and storing it correctly in the back officeHow will you experience success with us? You will:Have previous experience in a sales role in the boutiqueBe fluent in English and ItalianHave a strong customer and goal orientationPossess elegance, outstanding manners, assured sense of style, appreciation of luxury itemsDemonstrate the ability to plan and organize work, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skillsHave a strong passion for Art and DesignBe reliable, rigorous, with a high sense of responsibilitiesBe comfortable with digital tools, and you master CRM apps, knowing their commercial logicBe accountable for the successful development of the boutique functioningDemonstrate exceptional selling skills, outstanding customer focus and excellent oral communication skillsBe an exceptional team player, supporting others every time it's neededHave a recent or current work experience in Naples which will allow you to propose client treatment and possible high-level partnerships.What makes our group different?
