International manufacturer of construction equipment.Provide system, administrative and clerical support for sales tasks at the international subsidiary office.Assist internal and external customers through dealers with quotes on finance and leasing alternatives.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The Sales Administrator is responsible for the following:
  • Completes or assists in the completion of transaction related data and forms in Unison system, including the creation of customers, lease opportunities, lease application, casualty values, amortization schedules and rental and final payment schedules.
  • Administration, control and update Origination Platform (ForwardWeb):
Contact with our Providar Liscor for fixing issue, updating the system etc.Insert and send quotations to Credit Department (ex: Sabatini deals)Keep up to date the Cost of FundsInsert and Update Financial Programs, users, salesman, assets, city etc.Generate and run file txt
  • Monitoring, review and update the Financial Programs:
Monitoring and keeping uo to date the Financial ProgramsManage the CSARL Sales variance for Italy, Spain and PortugalManage the Dealer Sales variance for Italy (control and request payment when needed)
  • Support Sales Department:
Financial lease/Conditional sales calculationDirectly contact with th Dealer for requiring their offersSupport all the TMs in ForwardWeb technical aspect/issues and, in general, in every request
  • Create reports to track detailed sales information for review and comparison with headquarters' records.
  • Prepares sales analytical and statistical reports and ensure compliance of sales focus programs in customers/dealers financial leasing quotes.
  • Participates in accomplishment of continuous improvement objectives for the department.Progress toward accomplishment of these is measured through maintenance of necessary measurements and analysis of associated data.
  • Participates in the identification of problem areas and development of resolutions to address them.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to analyze situations and make recommendations using available data.
  • Proven ability to be goal-oriented, concentrating on results while being flexible and showing initiative.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships, working effectively with others within and outside the company.
  • Demonstrated ability to train others to achieve department objectives.
  • Ability to strive for quality as well as timeliness.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply effective oral, written, and listening communication skills with dealers, customers, company personnel, and the financial communities.
  • Italian native and Conversation level of English
  • Working knowledge of finance/leasing products, policies, and procedures.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent GED certificate and a minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Administrator II or 4 years experience in a related position is recommended.
