Join Treatwell's Global Analytics function as an Analyst for Marketplace, where you'll support data-driven decision making across Marketing, Product, and Finance domains. Working within our two-sided marketplace connecting over 50,000 salon partners with millions of customers across 13 European markets, you'll help translate business questions into insights that contribute to our growth trajectory.This is an exciting opportunity to develop your analytical skills while working closely with cross-functional teams to measure performance, support campaign optimisation, and uncover growth opportunities across our marketplace ecosystem. You'll be part of a collaborative analytics team with guidance from senior analysts while building expertise in marketplace analytics.
You will be responsible for:Analytics & Insights
- Conduct customer segmentation analysis to support targeting strategies and personalisation efforts
- Support the development of customer lifetime value (LTV) models and behavioural analysis
- Analyse user behaviour patterns across the marketplace to identify optimisation opportunities
- Assist with A/B testing analysis for product and marketing initiatives
- Help identify key trends and support the transformation of data into business insights
- Build and maintain dashboards in Looker covering Marketing, Product, and Finance metrics
- Create clear data visualisations that support business decision-making
- Develop reporting solutions to meet stakeholder needs
- Present analytical findings to team members and cross-functional partners
- Support Marketing teams with campaign performance measurement and creative analysis
- Assist Product teams with feature performance tracking and user behaviour insights
- Collaborate with Finance on marketplace metrics and revenue analysis
- Write SQL queries for data extraction and analysis in our Redshift environment
- Work with analytical tools including Mixpanel and Customer Data Platforms
- Maintain data quality standards and follow analytical best practices
- Contribute to analytics processes and documentation
- Strong SQL skills with experience working with large datasets
- Understanding of statistical analysis techniques and modeling approaches
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Looker preferred)
- Familiarity with A/B testing concepts and experimental analysis
- Knowledge of customer data platforms and analytics tools
- 2+ years of experience in an analyst role, ideally within marketplace, e-commerce, or digital environments
- Experience with marketing analytics including campaign measurement and audience analysis
- Background in customer analytics and behavioural analysis
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting business stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments across multiple business areas
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, or consumer services industry
- Background in two-sided marketplace analytics
